One we would rather you knew before you order: 30 to 40% of a dedicated toast pour goes untouched. Let guests raise whatever is already in their hand and the money goes back into the budget.

The list itself
A sample list to start you off. Add a party, change a reply, move someone to another table, and every number on the card moves with it.
Give a party a table and it seats itself here, against that table’s own chair count. Ask for more chairs than it has and it says so.
One card per party, not one per guest. Guests find their name, then their table.

We have blanked ten of the fifteen on purpose. The calculator names every one, and gives each a line on how to handle it.
A few simple inputs. This much comes back.
Nothing here is fixed. Shorten the bar, swap the room, move the date, and everything downstream moves with it. Some of what the full tools add:
